Do y'all see what I did!? I touched my toes. I have NEVER been flexible enough to reach my toes. In high school the closest I got was about 3 inches!
I am in the best shape of my life! Not only have I lost the baby weight from 5 babies, I have definition in my arms, legs and abs!
I feel great and I am so excited to see what all my body is capable of!
PiYO Sweat! This workout is the one most repeated in this program and I'm so glad. I can mark my progress with this one!
I'm definitely getting more flexible, but don't get me wrong. I still have to modify movements. I'm not getting it all right, I am just getting better everyday!
Work on you, challenge yourself, give yourself what you really need a little kick in the pants! I'm so glad I did!
