Kick your #metabolism into high gear with this #track #workout . Start with 1 scoop of #ergopre #preworkout the perform a 2 lap #jog to get loose. For me I run a 10:30 1.5 mile or 1:45 400m pace. My goal is to get #faster so I set my pace at 1:20 400m. Then double your time for rest. So sprint 400m in 1:20 and walk for 2:40. I #recover quicker so I #walk for 2:00. Do that 8 laps total at your pace then another 2 lap cool down jog.
