And a back double bicep please 💪 I have been working RELENTLESSLY to improve my back. Particularly width and lower and wow for the first time in offseason I have some slight Xmas tree popping through at the bottom 👀 Forgotten what it's like to not have muscle soreness now but it's paying off. Every session overloading whether that's low or high reps and working all the angles. Only way to improve back is to feel the area you are aiming to hit with the exercises by executing them properly and then progressing. Today was the end of candito's 6 week powerlifting program. After my rest day tomorrow I am going to be focusing on hypertrophy based training. Going to be training with a different 3 day split with a 2:1 ratio. This ratio will consist of two hypertrophy days 4 sets of 12-15. On every third workout of the muscle group will be a power day with 3 sets with heavier weight of 6-8 reps. My split will be: 🔹Chest & Back, 🔹Shoulders, Triceps & Biceps, 🔹then of course leg day.
