[REPOST] - @theonlinecoachPainful wrist when squatting⁉️ It might be from the positioning of your hands and wrist. I used to have wrist pain after every squat session,
until I noticed my wrist positioning when filming. I quickly made an effort to change my grip 👎🏽 Wrists are rolled back in a vulnerable position. 👍🏽 Bending the bar on my traps and wrists are in a neutral position with elbows. This will take stress away from your wrists, give you more stability and allow you to stay tighter under the bar.
