I remember scrolling through posts and constantly seeing people asking how much someone weighs, how tall they are, or how much food they are consuming. -
We know every individuals training and nutrition is different, I think it's very common for someone to easily get caught up in trying to mimic another persons goals.
You are essentially spending your entire training and dieting life working on your own goals. The sooner you can shift your focus away from others are doing and spending that time on trying, experimenting, and critiquing, the sooner you will be able to find what works for your body and what doesn't.
