🏃🏻 10公里 - 🚴 飛輪半小時 + 🏋🏻‍♀️ 重訓半小時 - 🏊 20:30泳訓結束 。 -- #台北 #三鐵訓練 #run #bike #swim -- 去年一週訓練,曬太陽時間約20小時。 半馬2個半小時,騎車百里4~5小時 五天常態路跑12公里,一週約七小時。 -- 但今年很少曬太陽..一週約5~6小時 重訓刻意加強後,身材不像去年黑乾瘦..。 -- 重點被一些人說:變白又變年輕了。 反正就..不變金言,飲食為主,訓練為輔 過度訓練,加速老化。 -- 多吃蔬果,少油炸,健康乾淨飲食 習慣ㄧ久,就會變自律。
