LEARN my ** 10-Step MIND REBOOT!** 😁.
1. Let go of negative past experiences.
2. FORGIVE people who have done you wrong.
3. Quit doing something that no longer serves you, do what you WANT.
4. Accept & visually discard negative thoughts about yourself & replace with POSITIVE words/affirmations.
5. Single? Keep your heart and mind OPEN.
6. Lost? Stop looking backwards- keep your eyes in a FORWARD direction.
7. EXERCISE - get those feel good hormones working! Endorphins are free and within you - so activate them!
8. LOVE yourself & be overly kind to yourself when you mess up- it's life!
9. Journal- yes write a DAILY DIARY, write down your days occurrences and feelings - then let it go- new day tomorrow.
10. Learn to relax, be still & DO NOTHING !
