Two of my favorite leg exercises. ( HGL's and laying hamstring curls with a dumbbell between your feet ) When I first started lifting I would have looked at somebody funny if they were to do these exercises / workouts. The thing is after doing every single movement / machine that your gym has to offer, your body will get used to doing the same routine, even if you switch your reps and sets up to confuse your muscles. I've come to learn that if you want to break plateaus and target specific muscle groups in order to grow, you need to be innovative and find exercises that really break down the muscle tissue & fibers. It's not all about squatting if your trying to build well rounded legs guys. @strength_colosseum
