Bicep finisher: Machine preacher curl - Personal favourite exercise to finish off my pull or arm workout. Aim to hold and squeeze on top. I like to go with light weight and high reps in order to pump heaps of blood into my muscles. That's something I like to do but the key is to constantly change your ways and keep it interesting. - Enjoy 💪🏼💪🏼

Lowest weigh in yet this morning.. That's 171.2 lbs, but we're not done yet. Another solid fay today will hopefully, fingers crossed, leave me at 170 tomorrow, which is a goal I have been slugging away for for the past couple weeks. Feeling good, frustrated with the amount of fat I am keeping on my body in certain areas, at this stage it must be down to stress and hormones to have reached 171lbs and still maintain such a mass of it, but oh well, at least I know for sure that eventually, it has to go 👍🏼 New youtube video will be uploaded later on today, so keep your eyes peeled for that 😎
