I have a note on my calendar today that says "Massage?" This is basically a note-to-self to schedule some time to relax. Some ways I enjoy unwinding are: reading, exercise, guided meditation (guided because I don't know how on my own), acupuncture, pedicure, watching a movie or tv show, and yoga. The women practicing yoga in this image were at a recent private event at hotel downtown. Are there other ways you de-stress that I didn't mention? Please share!
