Pan-Fried Eggplant with Tomato Sauce ----- Eggplant, large 1 Tomato sauce 1 pt. Flour 4 oz. Salt TT White pepper 1 tsp. Egg wash 8 fl. oz. Fresh bread crumbs 8 oz. Vegetable oil, as needed ----- 1) Trim ends from the eggplant. Remove strips of peel, lengthwise, with knife, leaving narrow strips of peel between the cuts. Cut into round slices 1/2 inch (6 millimeters) thick. 2) Warm the tomato sauce. 3) Season the flour with salt and add the white pepper. Bread the eggplant slices using the standard breading procedure. (flour, egg, then breadcrumbs) 4) Arrange them in single layer on a sheet pan. 5) Place in oven and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Wholesome chocolate heart Oreos ♡ A must try! Kids will love you even more for it! Cookie Recipe: 1 cup gluten free flour 1/3 cup cacao powder 3 tbsp maple syrup 75g organic real butter 1/4 cup coconut milk Preheat oven to 170c. Put everything in a bowl and bring together to form a dough, roll out inbetween baking paper and cut out shapes with desired cookie cutters. Bake for 10 minutes or until very lightly golden. Filling: I made a vanilla coconut butter filling. You could also make this with raw cashews. I blended 2 cups of shredded coconut with about 1/2 cup coconut cream, with vanilla and maple syrup to taste and until really smooth. ENJOY!!

The current methods of animal mass production for cheapest prices is abominable.😑 & the amt of water required to produce a lb. of animal flesh compared to a lb. of plant protien is stripping our planet of its resources.
