Who else goes to sleep planning their breakfast?!🙋 Repost from @kaleingitwithcoffee - 🎶 You're my right hand, you're my go to 🎶(me to my oatmeal 🙄) nothing more satisfying after a morning workout and nothing keeps me fuller longer for a full morning of classes and stuff to do 💕 here's a little advice for anyone, wake up a little earlier than usual and you will find you have time for so much more 🙌🏼 set my alarm earlier so I could workout, make my oats on the stove, and study for an hour before my first class. There are 24 hours in a day, use them wisely 🕓 RECIPE 👉🏼 . . ✨1/2 cup @purely_elizabeth oats cooked in 1 cup almond milk with cinnamon, maple syrup, half a ripe banana, one scoop @nuzest_usa cappuccino protein powder, and egg whites. My Poppy always made the best meatballs, but man... these are something else. I put garlic, cheese, and ********** in em. Came out incredible. Frozen Trader Joe's risotto ftw too. - And yeah I'm disgusting and threw some of the pan gristle in there. Sue me.

Les presumo mi cena 😍 Chilaquiles y claras!! ❣️ 🥚 1/2 taza de claras de huevo. 🥒 Nopales hervidos con tomate. 🌮 Totopos de nopal (los que puse en mi historia). 🥑 Aguacate en pedacitos. 🍅 Salsa de tomate sin aceite. Esta vez no agregué queso a los chilaquiles porque estoy dejando los lácteos por un tiempo 🥛. Los carbohidratos en la noche NO son malos!! Recuerda que mientras cumplas con tus macros no hay ningún problema con ellos!! So proud of what my Dad had achieved so far with his Personalised Meal Plan 🍽 At the beginning of the year my Dad decided it was time to lose some weight. He asked my what I thought and I suggested one of my Personalised Meal Plans (Free of charge of course!) 😉 Fast forward 9 weeks & he's is over 30 lbs down, comfortably losing weight every single week whilst enjoying all foods he loves (Potato Wedges, Fish Fingers, Crisps, Etc..) all through the use of Flexible Dieting! 🍔 It is also worth noting that all this has been achieved with NO EXERCISE, yes- NO EXERCISE! 🚫 We decided to see how far we can get without the introduction of exercise, then when weight loss stalls, we will add some in. 🏃🏼 This just goes to show how much can be achieved through a well structured diet, discipline & consistency ☑️ I'm really happy with the progress so far, my dad said he's not even close to where you want to be yet!
