We all know running is great for the body, however it sometimes comes with a price if performed incorrectly. The reality is that 40-50% of people experience at least one injury from running. Problems with technique in running, imbalances in muscularity and technique and even different types of stressors on joints can lead to common injuries like these. Whilst these can cause you discomfort and pain, don't let that stop you. Get properly assessed and treated so that you can get back to moving the way you want to sooner!
