We all know running is great for the body, however it sometimes comes with a price if performed incorrectly. The reality is that 40-50% of people experience at least one injury from running. Problems with technique in running, imbalances in muscularity and technique and even different types of stressors on joints can lead to common injuries like these. Whilst these can cause you discomfort and pain, don't let that stop you. (3 of 3): final third of this segment. Wanted to show proper technique with the dumbbell press. This is where the humerus is most unstable as there is more freedom of motion of the loaded weights.
