In preparation for the upcoming #stillinit challenge I started the Arnold Schwarzenegger Blueprint to Mass program tonight. It's an 8 week program incorporating a lot of heavier compound movements training combined with some of Arnolds favorite advanced training principles designed to help add on size.
My nutrition over the next 8 weeks will focus on eating and supplementing for growth while avoiding adding on the unwanted body fat I have worked on dropping over the last 12 weeks.
By the time I finish this 8 week program I will have 3.5 weeks left in the Still In It challenge and will focus on cutting down and showing off what I've added on.
