Really like hitting the triceps at an angle like this, halfway between Pressdowns and Kickbacks. Key is to get your balance, keep back flat and core tight, while only moving your arms (mainly forearms). Die Anmeldung ist durch! Erfolgreich gewogen und gemessen :). Of course every WOD is difficult, but we all struggle on some more than others. It is 12:03pm and I am still trying to recover from this morning's WOD. It got me today. I just want to....lay down.
