Tonight's track workout: w/u, 10 x 400m + 1 min rest, c/d. I had mixed feelings going into this run. We planned to meet at 7pm and I was SO tired but once we got started, I felt great and actually really loved this workout. It was challenging but went by really fast.
Sometimes the hardest part is getting out the door!! Thanks to @runthesix @furfanna @run_a_lytics and @dee_em_eh for holding me accountable tonight!
