Delts and MISS✅ and I am one happy girl today because I'M GOING HOME IN T-ONE HOUR😄🙌🏻❤️ only a 4 hour drive between me and my family, friends, and puppies🐶 guys, 6 months away from home and you NEED a long weekend to get your mind straight again😅
Traveling soon and need some tips to help you stay on track? Here are some things I've found helpful!
1) Plan ahead! Nothing is worse than having to stress out while packing last second🙅🏼
2) Take portable, quick and easy foods and stick on the higher protein side since carbs and fats are easy to find on the road (tuna packs, beef jerky, crackers, protein bars, etc)
3) Don't forget your water bottle💦 when you're in the car, it can be easy to forget about hydration, so make sure you always have a water bottle handy!
4) if you're not prepping or getting ready for a meet/competition, enjoy yourself and stop worrying about getting off track. The more you practice balance in your every day life, the easier it will be when you're away from home☺️🚙
