Nice progression on OHPs with 75kg for 4 sets of 8 reps - One of few exercises I use a belt for as I find it stops me over extending my back on working sets. 3rd set in here and happy with form, controlling the eccentric, explosive through the concentric phase, bar coming down to chest, no leg momentum being used and a final stubborn rep where fatigue has kicked in 😊 - Solid session in the log book 📝 - -

Stage shots from already almost 2 weeks ago!! Time flies so fast! I can't believe how much my body has already changed the past two weeks! Already weighing less than these pictures, leaner lower body, leaner abs, more veins (my fav😬), and just over 5 more weeks to keep making improvements! I look at these pics and am not satisfied and know exactly what needs to be done to prove a top pacing at Nats! Like @amerthehammer said- we're just getting started and going to make this physique look like the "before" picture😈 . Good luck to all my @hammerfitness teammates competing at the @toprosupershow in both provincials & the Pro Show this weekend. Y'all are gonna crush it! Delts and MISS✅ and I am one happy girl today because I'M GOING HOME IN T-ONE HOUR😄🙌🏻❤️ only a 4 hour drive between me and my family, friends, and puppies🐶 guys, 6 months away from home and you NEED a long weekend to get your mind straight again😅 Traveling soon and need some tips to help you stay on track? Here are some things I've found helpful! 1) Plan ahead! Nothing is worse than having to stress out while packing last second🙅🏼 2) Take portable, quick and easy foods and stick on the higher protein side since carbs and fats are easy to find on the road (tuna packs, beef jerky, crackers, protein bars, etc) 3) Don't forget your water bottle💦 when you're in the car, it can be easy to forget about hydration, so make sure you always have a water bottle handy! 4) if you're not prepping or getting ready for a meet/competition, enjoy yourself and stop worrying about getting off track. The more you practice balance in your every day life, the easier it will be when you're away from home☺️🚙
