HOME WORKOUT // TAKE YOUR PICK
Did a little home workout with Isabella... I wrote a whole bunch of different exercises on little bits of paper, put them in a container and mixed them up.
Isabellas' job was to pick out an exercise from the container and whatever it was, we did 10 reps of it (it held it for 30 seconds, e.g. With a plank or squat hold). These are the exercises I used but the combinations are endless, so do however many you want 😀
