TGIM: Thank God It's Mondaaaayyy 🌟 This is a picture of last night's POWERFUL shoulder workout! So as many of you know, Ramadan has started..where we eat and drink nothing from sunrise to sunset! And many of us think that because of not drinking or eating during the day iaffects your performance in the gym.. true BUT ONLY if you don't have a strong and powerful mind! Training is not something physical..rather something mental and psychological! The stronger your mind is and the more you are willing to give the BEST of your effort and focus, the more productive your training will be! It has been 2 days of fasting and I surely feel a little bit more tired than usual.. but I won't let that stop me from going beast mode in the gym and destroy my workouts 💪🏽☄️ What I do is I break my fast with some dates, water, bcaas and glutamine.. then I have a meal and an hour after, I am all fueled up to go and train 🙌🏽 How are you guys doing during the fast?
