Another lame ass post to wish myself a happy birthday. Im finally 18. I never thought I'd make it this far, hell I didn't think I'd make it to 16, so this is a kind of surreal moment. I would never have made it this far without my best friends, they've become my lifeline. Im beyond grateful to have them and I can't thank them enough. Without them I'd have never experienced the things that I have, good or bad. #peace #love #hope #happybirthdaytome #loveyourself #loveoneanother #youmatter #weirdo #oddphoto #imnotalwayssad #buttodayiam #imissyou #imsorry #thankyou #staysafe #staycreepy

When you mess up on that last word..... 🙈😩But on another note, it was pretty therapeutic to go back to the good 'ole pointed pen and sumi ink! Been playing around with a new toy lately (🍎✏️)... more to come soon!

😌 today has been a refreshing day and I'm grateful to start this week anew. Tomorrow starts our Sugar Free Group and I have to admit I indulged today knowing I'm cutting it out entirely for AT LEAST this entire week. I don't regret it, it will feel even better when I hop in and rock this challenge to clean out my gut 💪

I've told my kids on occasion that any negative remarks another has to say about me or to me, only have value if I respect that person's opinion and if what they have to say makes logical sense & is used to help promote my growth on a personal or professional level. Otherwise, I simply equate the negative remarks as mere jealousy, ignorance, or projection & therefore, the words are invalid & ironically, empowering to me 💪🏼 #strength #donthate #promotegrowth #encourageothers #motivate #inspireothers #dontbringmedown #positivity #noinsults #love #loveoneanother #itsoktodisagree #youropinionisirrelevant

Roy | "Kindness is a passion but also a sacrifice. The kindest person I know would probably be my grandmother. I lived with her when I was younger and my mother was sick. We have a good relationship. I try to thank her for all that she has done for me by making sure I visit, seeing what she is up to, just being present and enjoying the time that we have. She is forty years older than me, but when it comes kindness and caring it doesn't matter how old you are. It is within us." | 📷 by @legojacker
