YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT 🍽 I strongly agree with this phrase, which is why I try to fuel myself with real, whole, unprocessed food as much as I possibly can! Because even though people may look good on the outside, if they are eating like crap then on the inside they're likely to feel like crap too... or later on in life years of unhealthy eating will hit them suddenly! Don't get me wrong, I'm not perfect and so have my treats but I think it's important to have the understanding that it's what's going on inside that counts 💪🏽👊🏼🍎
