Co-Founder of Koio Collective, Chris Wichert dabbled in investment banking before making the leap to Wharton for his MBA. He tells us how he spotted co-founder Johannes at the international student orientation and described it as love at first sight! The two young men were the tallest lads in the room with a German accent to match and a love for good quality sneakers. When not walking around town in his rad kicks, Chris can be found at Sushi Kura in the East Village with a pair of chopsticks in hand. Co-founder of Koio Collective, Johannes Quodt grew up in Germany and used to work in Consulting at McKinsey. It was during his MBA at Wharton that he met his co-founder Chris Wichert and came up with the idea to sell luxury sneakers at an affordable price online. His long hair, towering height and charismatic smile are only a few things that we like about him. He currently resides with Chris in New York and can be occasionally spotted at La Colombe with a coffee in hand. Hear his story with link in bio. @koiocollective @whartonschool @jqdt
