I often get asked about the benefits of juicing or doing a cleanse and whether I think it's a fad or something that is not maintainable!
Truth is, we all need a cleanse from time to time.
Following long periods of inactivity and socialising, there is no better way to reset your body ☀️ .
If you want your body to be functioning at its full capacity, digesting nutrients, we need to focus on improving our insides, gut health and the way we feel internally.
