☘☘That is how I used my 2 ripe bananas today. With a 2 months baby and a 4 years old girl home I don't have much time to make breakfast. So I made a 1-minute blender Pickelets recipe using my 2 bananas, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup baby spinach/kale and 2 eggs. BAM! Breakfast and lunchbox sorted ! 🍌🍌🍌 My recipe for those Spinach Oat Banana Pickelets 2 ripe bananas equivalent 1 cup mashed ripped bananas 1 cup baby spinach 2 eggs 1/2 cup rolled oats Optional :1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla extract Add all the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth about 30 sec to 1 minute. Cook in a hot crepe/pancake pan for 1 minute on each side. Use absorbent paper covered with vegetable oil to slightly grease the pan. I used 1 tsp coconut oil. Makes about 20 small Pickelets. Hallo :) ach so ein schönes Frühlingswochenende, herrlich. Das Wetter war einfach super und wir waren eigentlich fast die ganze Zeit draußen. Außerdem hatten wir auch das ganze WE das Haus voll und dann machts gleich doppelt Spaß :))) ☀️ Grade haben wir noch schön Abendbrot gemacht. Dazu gab es auch lecker Tomate Mozzarella, das gleich irgendwie besser schmeckt wenn die Sonne scheint. Den ganzen Tisch bzw. wie unser Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen aussah, habe ich in meiner Story hochgeladen. Übrigens bin ich pro Sommerzeit, auch wenn ich natürlich weiß das eigentlich die Winterzeit die richtige ist, aber ich finde es einfach viel besser, wenn es länger hell ist. Habt noch einen schönen Sonntagabend...
