Balada mak2 yg anake mulai pilih2 makanan dan bosenan parah 😪 Plis Nindiii... Minggu depan mama ada kerjaan jangan gini banget picky eater nya plisss 😭 . . Atas : meesoa seafood. 🍥 ikan gindara, udang, wortel 🍥 bawang merah-putih, bubuk pala, ub 🍥 meesoa 🍥 kaldu salmon 🔥 parut ikan-udang (beku), wortel. Campur sama duo bawang yg udah dihalusin, sedikit bubuk pala. Lalu tumis pake ub. 🔥 masukan kaldu tumisan setelah wangi. 🔥 rebus meesoa terpisah sampe matang. 🍲terakhir tinggal tiriskan meesoa, tuang kuah seafood tadi, sajikan dengan penuh cinta 🤗 *sebelum gemes2 kesel kalo anaknya makan nya lamaa diemut2* Makan siang nindi kemaren ludes habis. Malem dikasi ini lagi udah ga mau 😭 . Bawah : meesoa kukus. Sarapan nindi hari ini. masih dengan bahan yg sama, cuma ditambahi telur + irisan seledri. Kukus. Trying to get some more greens and plant-based foods into my diet (so really just another excuse to buy more bargains books from Amazon). The@Modern Vegetarian has some really unusual and interesting recipes - ginger beer battered tofu with Asian mushy peas anyone? And Honestly Healthy looks like a sound guide with lots of easy recipes.
