I am not going to lie, falling off after the diet is a hard thing to get together. I am only human and not perfect, that's what I continue to tell myself every time I choose to overeat. This isn't that bad because I should be bulking but it's starting to affect my overall performance in and out of the gym.
Everything feels out of whack and it's time to make a change. I truly want to make a change and my biggest mistake was cutting out cardio and adding a crap ton of calories to the mix. A lot of work ahead but I'm going to begin cardio again and start cleaning up my diet let's see what happens👍🏾
