Not the most photogenic, but HOLY 💩 this was so. dang. GOOD. Gonna be totally honest with you guys -- @modelmealskitchen sent me some meals to try and they are NOT paying me to say this, but I honestly really love them. I've tried a LOT of meal prep services and this is the only one I've actually enjoyed. The food is all local, organic and seasonal, paleo and Whole30 compliant. And best of all, it's really freaking tasty 🤤 my only negative is the portion sizes are small for me, so I had a second one after this because I was still hungry! And I have to add, if they had sent me meals a couple months ago I would have FREAKED out because they don't provide macros for their meals, but I'm a-ok with that because everything is real food that keeps my gut settled 🙌🏼 hope you all had a lovely weekend! #iChooseToBeWell

Low Fodmap Potato Salad⠀ .⠀ 2 lb. red potatoes⠀ ¼ cup chives, minced⠀ ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped⠀ ¼ cup garlic-infused olive oil⠀ 1 lemon, juice and zest of ⠀ 2 Tbsp. mustard⠀ 1 Tbsp. vinegar⠀ Salt and pepper, to taste⠀ .⠀ Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add red potatoes and cook until fork-tender; about 15 minutes. Drain, cool and cut in quarters. Place in large bowl and gently smash with a fork. Set aside.⠀ In small bowl, whisk together chives, dill, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard and vinegar. Add to potatoes. Stir until everything is mixed and coated with dressing. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. OMG! Can I tell you that I tried @craftscreamery for the first time last night, and it was Ahhhh-mazing! You choose your flavor and toppings, and they actually make the ice cream in front of you. New recipe on the blog tonight: Peachy Beet Salad with fresh dill and mint 🍑🌿 (link in profile) - the perfect summer side dish! Tonight we had it with grilled lemon asparagus, grilled honey mustard salmon {coat salmon with olive oil, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp fresh chopped dill, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of honey (omit for Whole30), wrap in foil and grill for 7 mins each side (from frozen)}, and cauli rice with TJ's Everything but the Bagel seasoning. 🤤

pretty much sums up my desires....💁🏼 i recently read @goop 's recent post about the most effective way to loose weight. To sum it up i am disappointed with the message they are sending! I usually love goop but this message disappoints me😞 The messages that were said are the messages that many people get told, which really messes with people's heads! It use to mess with mine, but not any more😌 I hope nobody takes these messages to heart! Lead your own unique path in your healthy lifestyle journey because you are unique!
