This may not be the best example, I feel like I've been fitter then I am right now since I've had Freya.
Winter had me in a bit of a fitness lull, and I had been eating to much junk food up until recently, so I'm super bloated and have been detoxing with peppermint tea.
It's funny, most people fitness concern after pregnancy is loosing the baby weight.. but mine was loosing the weight I had before my baby. I spent the 9 months of my pregnancy eating right, doing super light exercise (walking and pre-natal yoga), and pumping myself up to start working out once my little one arrived. Honestly I could be a lot further along if I didn't have such a heck of a time giving up junk food, but I'm happy with where I'm at.
