I frutti rossi e tra di essi anche i lamponi, sono ricchissimi di proprietà benefiche per il nostro organismo. Tra le altre cose, questi dolcissimi frutti forniscono fibre, zuccheri, antocianine e proantocianidine in grado di combattere i radicali liberi. Certo, forse è meglio mangiarli più spesso da soli e meno spesso insieme a dolci come questo!

Well tonights tea isnt the most healthest but i tried to choose wisely! Gaz bought home a waitrose chinese meal for 2, I only had a spoonful of the egg fried rice then boiled my own rice! Overall it was around 500 calories but could of been alot worse! I havent had much to eat today so i dont feel to bad! Now for a fruit salad for pudding!
