There is definitely no better feeling than not setting an alert for the next day 🙌🏻🙌🏻 ••• I'll probably still be awake before 7am anyway though 😂😂 • I'm also ending today on 12 syns which I'm delighted with as I feel it's the first time in ages I'm under my 15. How can you make your own vegan soft cheese?! Lemme tell you!!! 1 litre of soya milk - unsweetened Microwave this for 12 mins or so but be very careful as it boils under the surface so will bubble up as soon as you try to stir! Then add 30 ml of lemon juice or white wine vinegar and it should split! If it doesn't heat it a little longer then leave to set for 30 mins. Run through a muslin cloth and add your seasoning and some nooch and leave to set in a mould in the fridge for a couple of hours! This should keep around 3/4 days in the fridge! 🧀🧀🧀 I added garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning and a little nooch!
