Não esqueci de vocês não, só tive o dia meio atolado, então só agora tive tempo, rs.. Almoço/pré treino - Inhame frito na manteiga, brócolis e linguiça frita na airfryer (não tive outra opção) Café da tarde/pós treino/última refeição - dois ovos com 200ml de chá de hibisco e canela Treino de hoje - Aeróbico, 25 min de transporte + 20 min de esteira inclinada + 30 min de esteira (não corri hoje, perna estava dolorida demais) JI - 18:00 as 10:00 Massagem modeladora + bambooterapia na cintura e nas pernas e bunda (dolorosa demais 😂) Pronto, meu dia resumido em um post para vocês! ❤💪 | @lelecampagnuci

FRIDAY FACT! ☝🏼80 kcal of Bread vs 80 kcal of Rice Crackers 🍞 ⠀ Both these portions have the same calories, yet the bread on the left has way more nutrients than the rice crackers 😳 Yep!
