Day 8 | REVEAL
About 4 years ago, after working in film & TV production for 18 years and being completely burnt out, I made the decision to quit my job, follow my passions and head off to culinary school (very long story short!). I attended the Natural Epicurean of Culinary Arts where I was trained in plant-based, health supportive cooking with a focus on Ayurvedic, Macrobiotic and Raw Food Cuisines. More than the education I received, I feel so blessed for the deep friendships I made there, those girls are my family. It was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life that I am deeply grateful for.
So today, I’m letting the light reveal the delicious lunch I made for myself today: onion, garlic and ginger sautéed with turmeric, cumin and curry powder then threw in some garbanzo beans and French lentils that were cooked in veggie broth.
