Whoop, whoop – the weekend is here and calls for comfort food. How about this lovely pulled chicken bagel burger? To my hubby's pleasure I had to style and shoot again some organic chicken for a client … 😜 The bagel base is made of wholegrain spelt and many delicious seeds. Happy weekend, dear peeps!

Do you know these little green wild mangos? There are my favourite mangos as they taste very intense and aromatic. I love to use them for exotic fruit salads or little smoothies combined with turmeric, vanilla and almond milk. Have a wonderful new week!

So glad we can still enjoy a slice of our lovely Sunday cake. These vibrant colours are really perfect to bright gloomy days. As there're only two of us, I love and prefer to bake tiny cakes – like in this little vintage cake tin, a fleamarket find. This one is made of Teff, chickpea flour, maple syrup, vanilla, cardamom and blueberries. I used freeze dried raspberry powder to dust it. So juicy and aromatic! Hope you had a great start into the new week! 💜

Happy February! ❤️ Recently I discoverd organic tigernut flour from @nu3_de. I already tested a lovely layer cake with it and I really love it as well as almond flour. These alternative flour types taste so much more aromatic and nutty than conventional wheat flour. I think these types of flour are enrichment for our food. All you glutenfree foodies will love these super simple and tasty heartshaped waffles. This recipe is right now my favourite waffles recipe, which I like to enjoy with fruits: Tigernut-Quinoa-Waffles 2 organic eggs / 40 gr maple or dates syrup / 1/2 tsp vanilla, powdered / 1 tsp cinnamon / 50 g melted, unsalted butter or olive-/coconut oil / 200 ml almond milk or plantbased milk (unsweetened) / 2 tsp organic baking powder / 35 gr quinoa (or millet) flakes / 100 gr tigernut flour / 50 gr corn starch / oil for your waffle iron In large bowl, beat eggs, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon with a wire whisk until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. Heat waffle iron. Pour slightly 3 tablespoons batter onto center of hot waffle iron and bake until golden.

Pasta makes me always happy. I especially love pasta salad with alternative plantbased spirelli made from chick peas. For this creative pasta salad with South Italian aroma I spiralized courgettes, purple haze carrots and turnip. And I also added an avo rose, cherry tomatoes, black olives, herbs and a lovely garlicky capers-lemon-chili dressing with hempseed oil. This oil is a perfect source for Omega 3 and 6. So delicious!
