Despite the fact that I try to reduce my carb intake as much as possible, even harder for me to give up than a delicious homemade fettuccini and Italian bread with garlic infused olive oil, is my sushi! While I love sashimi, there's nothing like a few well made rolls. I was in a mango mood so added it to both of these. What else you ask? Avocado, hamachi, pistachios and fried asparagus - oh so yum! Skip the wasabi and bring on the extra ginger! Paired with an un-oaked South African Chardonnay!
