Incase you missed it first time round, here's a high volume chest workout for you to try 💪🏼. • 1. Bench press 4x8 2. Incline dumbbell press 4x8 3. Incline dumbell flys 4x8 4. Chest press (hammer strength) 4x10 (3 second eccentric) 5a. Chest dips 4x10 (lean forward + assisted if needed) 5b. High to low cable flys 4x10 6a. Incline smith machine press 4x10 6b. Mid height cable flys 4x10 • For advanced workout do all four sets and rest for 75 secs between sets. • For intermediate workout do 3 sets on each exercise and increase rest to 90 seconds. • Tag a lifter 😎 #SculptedSquad
