Incase you missed it first time round, here's a high volume chest workout for you to try 💪🏼.
1. Bench press 4x8
2. Incline dumbbell press 4x8
3. Incline dumbell flys 4x8
4. Chest press (hammer strength) 4x10 (3 second eccentric)
5a. Chest dips 4x10 (lean forward + assisted if needed)
5b. High to low cable flys 4x10
6a. Incline smith machine press 4x10
6b. Mid height cable flys 4x10
For advanced workout do all four sets and rest for 75 secs between sets.
For intermediate workout do 3 sets on each exercise and increase rest to 90 seconds.
