Hit some solid weights this morning at the Cockburn Arc Gym, mean as routine today I always incorporate 2 or three exercises in each set/ round, started with 1. Bench press 10reps with Dumbbell snatch 10reps each arm x3, 2. Bent over barbell row 10reps with bicep dumbbell Hammer Curls 10reps x3. 3. Olympic bar Squats & rotating Lunges 10reps x3 4. Barbell Curls, upright shoulder press, upright row & barbell front squat press 10 reps x3 5. Dumbbell curls, shoulder press, upright row, shoulder raise side and front, reverse front raise chest 6reps each arm x2 6. Dumbbell bench press, with bench tricep dips 10reps x2 7.
