Finally got back into it today after a few days of rest for not feeling well. I can't really breath out of my nose still, but overall my body and energy feel better. I eased in with a slow 1-mile run, stopping for 45 seconds to rest every 1/4 mile. I was ready to go another mile but decided since I needed to stop so much it would be best to call it at 1. Pregnancy is about staying healthy for me, not push barriers.
Does anyone else do this stretch after a treadmill run? It's always my go-to and makes my hamstrings feel so much better. I also take extra care to stretch my calves after running on the treadmill, especially at such a slower pace than what I ran pre-pregnancy.
