Mood today. @brittany_dawn_fitness legit murdered my legs & booty yesterday (RIP to me) and then @soulcycle kicked my 🍑 later last night....I woke up so sore, but I was so glad I made it to both the gym AND the class. Better to be sore than sorry, right? 💪🏼

Finally got back into it today after a few days of rest for not feeling well. I can't really breath out of my nose still, but overall my body and energy feel better. I eased in with a slow 1-mile run, stopping for 45 seconds to rest every 1/4 mile. I was ready to go another mile but decided since I needed to stop so much it would be best to call it at 1. Pregnancy is about staying healthy for me, not push barriers. • Does anyone else do this stretch after a treadmill run? It's always my go-to and makes my hamstrings feel so much better. I also take extra care to stretch my calves after running on the treadmill, especially at such a slower pace than what I ran pre-pregnancy. Check my story for a few extra stretches I do on the treadmill.

So ihr lieben ich mach mal mein erstes Shoutout. Die liebe @hei_caaro ! Irgendwann bekam ich die Nachricht rein, das mich jemand Verlinkt hat. Und zwar bei dem Versuch ein Omelett zu machen 😋😋 was bestimmt toll geschmeckt hat :)Als ich dann auf ihre Seite geklickt habe, traf mich ja fast der Schlag wie durchtrainiert die Liebe ist. Es überkam mich das schlechte Gewissen, legte die Schoki zur Seite und trainierte 😂😂 aber das wird ein langer Weg sag ich euch 😂😳 das das da oben 👆🏼 war eins ihrer leckeren Essen!! Omg @zannavandijk is onto something with ice in smoothies! Banana, peanut butter, chocolate protein powder, water and ice went into this and I feel like I'm drinking ice cream! 😍😍😍🙌🙌🙌 perfect after CrossFit and a 6 mile run today, plus an energy boost before ballet this evening! (It sounds like a lot but ballet is mostly just fun stretching!) 😁 After I've enjoyed this I'm totes going to fill you in on how wonderful my last run just felt! 😬👏
