Being tone is a struggle for me!!!! I changed my diet...A LOT last Tuesday! It was really difficult by Thursday because I was being impatient and wanted results quick! I was close to giving up but I pushed through (ate not so great on the weekend) and continued on. I feel GREAT because I am eating healthy meals and snacks! Not much change has happened over the week but I am learning to be patient!
