Some days it's not just about weightlifting, getting strong, and looking good. Some days it's about mental health and taking care of your mind.
We're always rushing, rushing, rushing. To get to work, to get to the gym, to finish a project. When we aren't rushing we're distracted ourselves, toys, phones, sex, drugs, material items, planning for the future and obsessing over the past. Our minds never stop.
Sometimes it's in our best interest to just sit and breathe. #recovery
