The first day of the week sets the tone for the days ahead... So let's begin healthy, focused, determined and disciplined 🙏🏾 For weightloss, I usually (raw)juice and cardio my way through the shedding💦💦 This home-made greenie is a blended mixture of:
Cucumber, mint leaves, kiwi, green apple, Swiss chard, a teaspoon of lemon juice, and a cup of green tea.
I drink a cup with every meal, and have been doing so for the past week.
My experience thus far has been that it is incredibly filling. I don't feel like having seconds or snacking on anything I should not be snacking on.
My skin looks a little more radiant and healthy.
My metabolism and digestion is more regulated.
I drink a lot of water throughout the course of the day, and by the time I do my cardio at the end of the day, I am drenched in sweat.
I will post more about the benefits of cardiovascular exercise for weight loss 😊
