Lets continue with my DL videos 👍 This morning I posted a video doing 70kg conventinial DL, now I am posting a 80kg sumo DL. This is how I train to improve my pull ups!! . 6 assisted pull-ups @ 50 lbs (roughly 1/2 my body weight) . 5 assisted pull-ups @ 25 lbs . 4 pull-ups @ body weight . I'm still working on strengthening my upper body but it's getting there! A couple months ago I could hardly do a single pull up... Granted my form isn't the best and these aren't that clean but it's definitely a start!! I try to do 4-5 sets of this EVERY upper body day. It warms up my muscles and helps me get better at doing these 💕 . Don't worry about being able to do one or not but focus on getting better every single time. Getting in even an extra 1/2 of a pull-up is a huge achievement. . . .
