Gooooodmorning 🙋🏼 Tijd voor back day poging 2! Gister avond stond ik namelijk in de gym en had vriendjelief @tjitse_fitness alleen schoenen meegenomen... Stond ik dan in pak 😓 Maaaar toen ik thuis kwam lagen er twee prachtige @gymshark setjes te wachten. So yesterday I increased my deadlift by 10kg from last week up too 110kg, 1 reps max 💪🏼🙌🏼 My form isn't the best here but after this we worked on it and I managed to get another lift at 110kg. 8 weeks time the gym I work at and a neighbouring gym go head to head in a deadlift and bench press competition, I plan in increasing my strength by up using 5x5 training! #glutebridge 💡 Neben den ganzen hip thrusts würde ich auch glute bridges mit ins Training einbauen. Lediglich die Position des Oberkörpers ist anders aber:-> der Quad. wird weniger beansprucht als bei den hip thrusts, gleichzeitig ist aber auch der Bewegungsradius geringer. Also am besten beide einbauen 😃 Wünsche euch einen schönen Feiertag! ☀️
