So the last few weeks, as you've seen, I've been kicking booty w my workouts , not missing ANY.
However.. (yes, there's a however!), my nutrition has NOT been dialed in. Too many "treats ", and way too lenient w myself .
I preach daily how a good nutrition plan is 80% of your results. This is pure example.
I've seen some major improvement in my cardio performance, and I've achieved an early am workout routine, BUT I'm not seeing the physical changes I'm hoping for.
It all dials back to NUTRITION.
Whole30 is usually My go to when I need to get my shit back in gear.
Too many "tastes" of sugar and treats have made me crave it more than ever .
SO! Back to business TODAY!!
