It's been proved scientifically that most people’s mental health issues would be resolved with daily meditation and exercise. That's the reason why I exercise for at least 30 minutes per day, and take prayers as a reminder to give it up all (depression, anger and sadness).
To my fellow narcissistic abuse survivors, may you find peace within yourself.
