Is it a good sign when the colour of your face matches your top 😳🙊 Contemplated going to the gym as my DOMs were very bad but I maned up and ploughed on through it 💁🏼💪🏻 Did some deadlifts at the end just to check if form was still there. Safe to say I haven't lost it! ✔ Superset: goodmorning-Hip thrust per lavorare alla massima intensità Femorali e glutei 🍑, eseguire 10 ripetizioni per ciascuno esercizio e ripetere la sequenza per ✋✌ volte!! Nell' Hip trhust 2/3 secondi di contrazione. Tra un esercizio e l'altro il recupero è di 10 secondi per reclutare al massimo le fibre muscolari portando allo sfinimento i muscoli coinvolti. Some end range hip extension I've been playing with. I saw the first movement from the #FRC system and had to give it a crack, it's money. It hits the upper portion of the glute, firing up all the hip stabilisers. Whereas I find the second one with the ball hits more the upper hamstring and lower glute.
