Today's #fittip ! I can definitely testify to this! Although I loved #BBG from the get-go, it absolutely took a number of weeks before I looked forward to my workouts. Just stick with it! Make sure you plan out your workouts and don't wind down for the day until you get it done! If you're a busy Mom, dress in your active wear first thing, so you can be ready to do your #workout as soon as baby sleeps/when you get a break! Make your workout the one thing you do for you each day! Remember: consistency is key!! 💪 || #bbgworkout #bbgmoms

One of my goals is to try one new healthy recipe each week so today I made these 4-ingredient banana pancakes with berry compote from @clean_eating_alice 's new book. They were sooooo delicious (the photo does not do them justice but food photography is not a strength of mine). Not the most attractive dinner 😂 Yesterday ended up being so manic and I was very glad I had popped some food in the slow cooker for dinner. Just a simple Thai green curry - chicken breasts, curry paste, coconut milk, onion, and garlic. Put it all in, cook on low for 8 hours, adding the veg 30-60 minutes before the end. Shred the chicken then eat! 😋 Tastes better than it looks 😀 Big portion of rice because I've started watching my macros, just to see what my eating is like at the moment and I'm way low on my carbs 😅

Pre-Training week 4 - monday legs&cardio CHECK! It didnt go that great, at least not as I wanted. I finished the whole workouts 2x7mins but I was constantly tired and it took me all the strenght to keep going as I almost wanted to quit. Luckily I kept pushing myself! Day 21: I'm far from perfect. Sometimes I have too much fun with my girlfriends and it throws my weekend off. I do not for a single second regret anything about my NYC trip, but I do have to work harder to get back to my routine. That starts with yesterday's workout this AM and today's this PM after work. It is comforting to know, though, that one weekend binge didn't totally throw me off track! Saying bye to the weekend and my straight hair... back to reality I go #hammerandchisel #cfgstreak

When was the last time you saw #figs this big & beautiful?! Let alone in the winter! I probably paid too much for them but they're huge & delicious.. but this is natures candy! I love to grab figs after a meal or before bed when I really want something sweet so I'll be snacking on these all week 💕 it's supposed to be terrible weather for the next 2 days here but definitely going to try to not let it put me in a mood 🌧🌬 the weather has such a great impact on us.. if we let it!
