Today was a #restday . I decided to go shopping and get some new bathing suits and my graduation dress. I haven't bought new suits in over two years and I literally couldn't believe what I saw in the mirror. Like, hollllllyyyyy shit. 🔥 not to brag but like IS THAT REALLY ME?! I also fit into a size 6 dress. I used to be a 12. When you finally put on clothes that fit, you finally see all of the changes in your body. I am so proud of myself for sticking to my #goals . It has paid off!

FOAM ROLLER; saves lives 😛 . . I've really been embracing this tool bc it helps recover your muscles and even break down toxins under the skin. I've been on a journey through tracking my macros. I did awesome until the weekend, I wanted to eat and couldn't stop....idk why my body does this, it's super frustrating. I was hitting my macros perfect then last night I literally couldn't get full so I kept eating til I felt sick 😷 fml. So this week will be #oneperfectweek with tracking.
