🥚 I FINALLY POACHED, NOT ONE BUT 2, EGGS SUCCESSFULLY YALL !!! Post-hot pilates lunch/ salad with turmeric poached eggs, bacon bits, roasted beets, avo, chia seeds and coleslaw! 👅 For the dressing I mixed some melted truffle @fourthandheart ghee, chipotle vegan mayo, a pinch of salt, and lime juice and poured it over the top 🥓🍳🌿

In my opinion, those who are not certified should not be advising people how to train or what to eat, which is why I avoid doing that. Just because I know what works for my body, does not mean that I know what will work for yours.
