• Try this sit-up variation for killer abs 🔥🙌🏻 • . | Try and keep your feet planted. Here it was hard for me to do because of the momentum I was getting, but as long as you squeeze through your core it's okay. As long as you use your core throughout the entire workout you will see the results you want! Don't swing your arms or legs ❌🛑 Push with your core and remember to breathe throughout the exercise! 😝 little embarrassing fun fact about me, I always forget to breathe when I'm working out my core for some reason lol! 🤣 Until I look and see I'm red in the face of course 💁🏼🤦🏼‍♀️ Just remember to breathe and focus on your core doing the work for these! You got this 💪🏻💦 | . ➰ Try 20-25 x5 sets. Finish strong one a set until failure! Looking for an added challenge ❓❗️❓ I added a resistance band around my legs for extra toning and strengthening! BAAAM 💥 What a kick start of the new week. Week 12 LEGS 🍑 and sooooo much SWEAT 💦 I thought the holiday would be bad for my condition, but I totally smashed it 😎 I have never been able to stay on my maximum heart rate for more than 30 seconds per workout. Normally I would take a short break and catch me breath, but this time I just kept on going 🚂 No idea where the energy came from, 🤔 but maybe a 2 weeks active holiday (no resistance workout though) with enough (minimum 8h) sleep and lovely people around me, is good for my shape 😉👍🏻☀️ Holidays are SO under estimated 😁💚 I might not have been following the #12weekchallenge to 100%, but I'm close to 90% 😉 And after this workout, I can say that the progress is still amazing 👌🏻😍🎉 Thank you @kayla_itsines ❤️ This week I will finish the challange with all of you 🙌🏻🙌🏻 #bbg #bbglife #bbggirl #bbgarmy #bbgprogress #bbgfamily #bbgjourney #bbgcommunity #legday
