Refueling with alllll the fresh mango with a sprinkle Tajin chile lime salt after a day exploring the Mayan ruins in Tulum. A friend introduced me to this combo when I was visiting L.A. a few months ago so I made a beeline for the first fruit stand I found here in Mexico. So spicy, but so good! If you haven't tried this, I recommend doing so ASAP especially since it's starting to warm up. It makes for a perfect afternoon snack (and tastes amazing with watermelon and pineapple too).
