Sunday morning pancakes as requested by my babe!🥞 I can't remember the last time I had pancakes for breakfast, but these are DAMN GOOD. Finally killed off our huge bucket of strawberries too! Sweetness is not usually the first thing I crave in the morning, but if you do then that's perfectly fine! Your favorite sweets can be made with real clean ingredients. @rachlmansfield is my favorite food blogger when it comes to making healthy sweets or sweet breakfasts. You guys should go follow her because I definitely had to channel my inner Rachel Mansfield on this one since I rarely make pancakes!😬 🍓CINNAMON VANILLA PANCAKES W/ STRAWBERRY CHIA JAM The batter contains whole wheat flour, flax seeds, homemade hemp milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking soda, a pasture raised egg, coconut oil, and pure maple. Topped with some homemade chia jam of course.

Post workout sweaty selfie!! Did 30 min of #myswearlifelissfromhell then followed up with 10 min 30s on 30s off hiit dreamill sprints and 3 rounds of abs! 60 ab bikes, 40 side side heel touches, 20 bent leg v-ups and 1 min plank with hip abductions. For those who know me well, you know I LOVE coffee ☕️ . I love trying new roasters, brewing techniques, and additions to my coffee. For a while I was stuck in the rut of having cappuccinos and lattes, but for the past couple months I have been making my coffee at home and adding 1/2 tsp of ghee to it. Game changer. I have loved it because I think I have a mild lactose intolerance, but also because it tastes SO good and is better for you. How is it better for you? Well... . 1) Provides fat to help you feel fuller in the morning (especially good if you're not a breakfast person) 2) Keeps thing moving in your GI tract 💩 3) Our bodies are not as efficient at metabolizing carbohydrates in the AM, so adding ghee/butter will burn fat (ketones) mimicking the effects of fasting 4) Maximizes your antioxidants: milk proteins bind to antioxidants found in coffee, which prevents our bodies from absorbing them. Butter has very little of these proteins, so you can increase the antioxidant benefits in your cup of Joe . Meet @daisyducklings.journey I wasn't overweight whole my life. But few years ago, I had really bad time in my life.And I gained 100lbs(45kg). I tried to lose that weight so many times, but it never worked. I always gave up.Why? Because I wanted always a quick solution without any effort. And I was always obsessed,wanting to see results as soon as possible. But, that's not good idea! Because you'll always have jo-jo effect. So,this time I started this journey with a different mindset and goals. I started it on January, 9th. Since then I lost 40lbs(18kg). I want to lose 60lbs (27kg) more. So, I'm still work in progress! This time I don’t care how long will it take, because I finally found the way to ENJOY in this journey. And this time I started with decision to find something that I will love and enjoy, because only like that it will last. And I found it. I decided that I don’t want any diets, meal plans or something like that, because that doesn’t work for me. So, I’m ‘just’ trying to eat healthy 90% of my time. I’m also working out a lot. I’m running 2-3 times per week. Two weeks ago I started with kick boxing, too. And I just love all that. And that’s why I’m so sure that I’ll not give up this time. Because I love it! So my biggest advice for everyone out there who is starting or want to start weight loss journey is that you have to find what works FOR YOU! Find healthy food that you will love the same way you love, for example, fast food. Find workout plan that you’ll love it and it will make you feel SO DAMN GOOD! It can be pilates, aerobic, weightlifting, BBG, insanity, crossfit, running, inline skating or WHATEVER – just something that you’ll enjoy doing it! Today did full body week14. I am levering bbg training though not in the way I'd like...but at least its something. I did both circuits 2x but it took me 50min 😅 those weighted burpees...
