Can we talk about stress/emotion based eating real quick??? Like holy poop! I never thought I would fall victim to eating my emotions but hey it happened! Am I annoyed it happened? Yes. Am I letting it ruin the rest of my week. Hell no. All you can do is move on and not dwell on it. If you over indulge here are some tips and tricks to follow:
1. Don't let one slip up turn into 20. Get back into your routine the next day and move forward. Eat clean and drinks LOTS of water.
2. Don't punish yourself by doing stupid amounts of cardio or starving yourself. That is so silly and will do nothing
3. STOP STRESSING ABOUT IT. Your weeks/months of progress will not vanish into thin air because you decided to enjoy some food.
In reality you should take the treats and utilize them in the gym. Use the extra calories to BUILD. You're gonna get an awesome pump in the gym and you're gonna love it 😘. So kill the rest of the week and be HAPPY. Don't let food determine your mood for the rest of the week 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
