Freshly made pasta this morning, dried by the time I came home. Did my rounds in the downtown Toronto area, first stop Contra Caffe, then Kensington Market. Then Forno Sud for an amazing coffee with Roland, then off to the west end Farmers Market on Sorauren. What a great day to be on my bike, #natural Unbleached flour with eggs. # fresh esperagus# organic chicken# let's not forget oil and garlic. #al dente.
