Been a while since I posted a workout video for you all so here are some legs (what's new.) I did this as a burnout at the end of my leg day using a SMALL resistance band around the top of my knees. 💪3x12 donkey kickbacks each leg (I had already done 10 on the right then the band slipped so that's why there's only two extra on that side at the end)
💪 then 3x12 glute bridge to knee out (lol that's what I call them) afterwards. I like to place my hands on my glutes so I can make sure they are fully firing and can feel the burn.
Plus even though these gymshark leggings are too long I decided I love them coz they compliment my legs in all the right places and I just feel hell to the good wearing them 🙋🙆 #judgeme
