I love the weights but at times, the gyms not an available option for me so I plug in custom 10-Minute workouts and it does the trick! Along with my meal plan, there's no stopping me in achieving results!
Being healthy is "hard"... But so is being out of shape. -

12 weeks ago I made a decision to transform my body. I saw a Facebook memory of how I used to look 2 years ago. Boy was there a huge difference. I was leaner, had tons of energy but most importantly I had way more confidence. I've always been a confident person but there's a different type of confidence when you feel good in your skin. I was determined to not only get new results, but to smash all my pervious results. The journey was not easy but by focusing on the habits and discipline that create the results I was able to accomplish my goal. And the goal was not to get the abs or the muscles, the goal was to get back that confidence I was missing. The confidence where you know your on top of your game. Where you feel everything is aligning for your good. I feel amazing now and I'm able to give that energy to others. I truly believe we can best serve others when we feel our best!!
