Good morning, and happy Friday 💛 I can't quite believe another week has passed by, and I am so so excited to be spending this weekend geeking out on the first ever UK course on postural restoration, something I've become really interested in and that I can't wait to learn more about!
That aside, I've got today to get through first, and I'm starting my day with a slice of my favourite rye bread (I keep mine in the freezer so I always have some handy without it going bad) topped with poached eggs, fresh basil, toasted seeds and grilled tomatoes. Simple yummy good food, and the best way to kick off a Friday in my humble opinion!
