✖️Since I'm not a personal trainer or a dietician, it puts me in a strange position when I'm asked for weight loss advice. In my opinion, those who are not certified should not be advising people how to train or what to eat, which is why I avoid doing that. Just because I know what works for my body, does not mean that I know what will work for yours. So unless, or until I'm one day certified (it's something I've considered 🤔💭) you won't find me calculating people's macros, or instructing them as to how much weight they should be lifting. (Not because I don't want to help you, but because I'm not qualified to.)
💻That being said, I ALWAYS try to answer nearly every question I'm asked about MY lifestyle. A lot of people seem curious (rightfully so), as to what my diet looks like, what I eat, what I don't eat, how I track things, and so on.
