BBG, WEEK 8, ARMS&ABS๐Ÿ‹โœ… Well, I was asked why I never share a workout video where I train my arms? Why it's always a workout with legs or abs? Well that's because my arms are sooo weak, I'm struggling so much and I'm terrible with it. I can't still do one regular, perfect push up ๐Ÿ˜“ But I'm working on that. And, well, because I'm sharing all my struggles with you, here it is one more - arms (&abs) workout! Can't wait to see this video in few months and be proud of myself because push ups and other exercises for arms are peace of cake for me. All my additional snacks on top of my breakfast of honey on toast, lunch of tuna pasta bake and dinner of pesto ravioli. I'm not going to sit here and pretend I eat perfectly. Yes I had two lots of pasta today. Yes I had ONE cookie and yes I had a slice of blueberry & banana bread. But everything is good in moderation and I went for a 45 minute walk, played sports in the back yard and spent most of the day on my feet at work so I can have a bit of what I fancy when I want too. I'm not about restriction, if I want chocolate I will have it and il go on a run to counteract it. It's all about moderation and enjoying food and the lifestyle. So yeh...Asparagus wrapped in Parma ham was just ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿปlemon and chilli pea crisps were pretty damn tasty too. AND I've managed to drink 3.5 litres of water today which is just phenomenal for me. Donut judge my study snacks for because they taste delishhh!! I cut them up into little pieces and then nibble on them while I read my textbooks. These @noshufoods are so sweet, dense and moist (and like most of the population, I hate that word too - but it is๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป) And dunked in @naturalrawc coconut coffee water is the best combination!
