Bbg absโœ… #bbgweek18 #bbg2 so what do i think about bbg2.0 so far.. ?! It's tough. There's a greater focus on arms and abs, which is sweet because I've always lacked upper body strength. In my opinion, those who are not certified should not be advising people how to train or what to eat, which is why I avoid doing that. Just because I know what works for my body, does not mean that I know what will work for yours. So unless, or until I'm one day certified (it's something I've considered ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’ญ) you won't find me calculating people's macros, or instructing them as to how much weight they should be lifting.
