I dread seeing this sign 😖I'm having a Monday-Monday ( including dropping my phone in the toilet 🐳) and didn't particularly enjoy the training today. I'm in week 4 of the pretraining and am pushing through this with the goal of being comfortable in a bikini this summer. Monday feels after bbg round 1 week 3 legs .. when I started doing burpees , my daughter asked "but why " ? I'm still not sure why anyone does burpees. Especially on Monday . Hope everyone has a great start to the week 》》》
