I'm thinking of all this things I want to try with my kids so they let me work out. And I'm thinking of so many ideas on getting back on track. • Try this sit-up variation for killer abs 🔥🙌🏻 • . | Try and keep your feet planted. Here it was hard for me to do because of the momentum I was getting, but as long as you squeeze through your core it's okay. As long as you use your core throughout the entire workout you will see the results you want! Don't swing your arms or legs ❌🛑 Push with your core and remember to breathe throughout the exercise! 😝 little embarrassing fun fact about me, I always forget to breathe when I'm working out my core for some reason lol! 🤣 Until I look and see I'm red in the face of course 💁🏼🤦🏼‍♀️ Just remember to breathe and focus on your core doing the work for these! BAAAM 💥 What a kick start of the new week. Week 12 LEGS 🍑 and sooooo much SWEAT 💦 I thought the holiday would be bad for my condition, but I totally smashed it 😎 I have never been able to stay on my maximum heart rate for more than 30 seconds per workout. Normally I would take a short break and catch me breath, but this time I just kept on going 🚂 No idea where the energy came from, 🤔 but maybe a 2 weeks active holiday (no resistance workout though) with enough (minimum 8h) sleep and lovely people around me, is good for my shape 😉👍🏻☀️ Holidays are SO under estimated 😁💚 I might not have been following the #12weekchallenge to 100%, but I'm close to 90% 😉 And after this workout, I can say that the progress is still amazing 👌🏻😍🎉 Thank you @kayla_itsines ❤️ This week I will finish the challange with all of you 🙌🏻🙌🏻 #bbg #bbglife #bbggirl #bbgarmy #bbgprogress #bbgfamily #bbgjourney #bbgcommunity #legday

SO excited to try this out 😂 picked it up at Asda tonight when we did our food shop. I can have a cute little scrambled egg for breakfast now...the picture makes it look like the ones you get in an egg McMuffin 😋 Came home and did WEEK 12 legs! Can't believe I'm on week 12! I've not changed physically as much as I hoped/expected, but I already know I'm going straight back to Week 1 next week and doing another round before the wedding so I should see more progress then. I'm going to make a much better effort with my diet too; I'll be focusing on macros and trying to fit them wherever possible. Séance 1 - week 8 : DONE ! 💪 Première fois que je dépasse les 30 minutes pour une séance! J'ai souffert pour celle là 🙈!! Mais contente et surtout fière de l'avoir terminée sans tricher ! Je voulais la faire demain au départ car trop de boulot mais j'en avais besoin et ça m'a fait du bien 😊! En ce moment je suis très stressée avec tout ce que j'ai à faire pour les cours et surtout mon mémoire 😓😔!! Je suis en retard et le stress commence tout doucement à me déstabiliser .. Je sens que le run que j'ai prévu jeudi va me faire le plus grand bien ! Vivement 🏃! Sinon en photo c'est mon petit 4h ! J'ai fais la recharge de fruits aux courses aujourd'hui 😍👍! getting back on that healthy eating kick after the chipotle last night. Chicken, brown rice, Broccoli & a little cheese for my lunch today with 2 juicy clementines & a cheese stick. I've planned my meals for the week and plan on meal prepping tonight for it. But you know what the best feeling is?? When one of your friends tells you you look thin 🙌🏻🙌🏻 all those orange theory workouts are really working. I'm still loving these classes almost two months later- I think it's because of how motivating the coaches are, the great music & how every workout is different.
